  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM
  • Zoom

This session will feature a panel of emerging leaders who have not only experienced the challenges of adoption firsthand but are now stepping into roles as adoption professionals themselves. Facilitated by Debbie Riley, author of Beneath the Mask and CEO of C.A.S.E., the panelists will discuss their personal experiences navigating the "six stuck spots" as adoptees. You’ll gain deep, practical insights into how these young professionals understand the struggles that adopted adolescents face and how they overcame them.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Hear firsthand accounts of how adopted individuals experienced the six stuck spots in their development.
  • Learn how lived experience informs clinical support strategies for adopted adolescents.
  • Explore how emerging leaders are advocating for change and support within the adoption community.
